The following terms and conditions, along with any additional rules adopted by E’ Clat and made available herein (collectively referred to as the “Shipping Policy”), shall govern all product sales that you (“Customer”) make through the E’ Clat website. Please note that this policy does not apply to items purchased from a stockist.

 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and may vary based on current courier partner rates or special offers.

 

For Orders within Dubai:

Cash on delivery is not available.

Orders within India will be dispatched from our Indian location and will not incur international duties or customs fees.

 

For United Kingdom Orders:

All orders from the United Kingdom will be subject to a flat £8 shipping fee.

 

For Orders to All Other Countries:

Out of Delivery Area (ODA) Charges: Please be aware that in some cases, deliveries to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional ODA charges. We cannot determine or advise you on these charges, as they are provided by the courier company and are subject to their policies. Any additional ODA (Out of Delivery Area) charges will be passed on to the customer.

If your shipping address falls under an Out of Delivery Area and additional charges are incurred for this reason, you will be informed of these charges and will be responsible for covering them. It’s important to note that we have no control over ODA charges, as these are determined and levied by the courier company directly.

For orders that qualify for free shipping based on our policy, but the delivery address is classified as an Out of Delivery Area, we will cover the standard shipping charge as per our policy. However, any ODA charges will be passed on to the customer. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, and feel free to contact our support team for any clarification or assistance related to ODA charges.

Prices mentioned above are exclusive; if any customs duties are imposed as per the regulations of your country, you are responsible for covering these charges.

Ready to Ship:

If an item you’ve ordered is in our inventory, it will be shipped to you within 2-4 business days and may take between 3-6 business days to reach you. If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing an order to explore expedited options.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

In our efforts to reduce environmental impact, we take care to pack multiple items ordered in a single transaction in as few boxes as possible. This approach not only optimizes shipping efficiency but also minimizes waste and supports our commitment to eco-friendly practices.

 

Pre-Order / Made to Order / Custom Orders:

Made to order or custom products may take approximately 4-7 weeks for delivery. You can find approximate lead times on the product page. Different products have varying lead times, which our team can clarify for you before placing an order. Our handmade jewellery goes through quality checks before dispatch, and the shipping cost for custom and bridal orders depends on product weight.

  • Please note that the provided lead times are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from such events.
  • Your order may be shipped from either our Indian or United Kingdom warehouse, depending on product availability.
  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. For further inquiries, please contact the E’ Clat helpdesk through our “contact us” page.
  • Prices are exclusive, and any customs or duties imposed by your country’s regulations will be your responsibility, depending on the shipping origin. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict their amount.
  • Please be aware that we do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or redirected after dispatch, and all orders require a signature upon delivery.
  • If your order includes a made-to-order item, it will be shipped along with any ready-to-ship items once the made-to-order item is ready. This approach helps reduce shipping costs and environmental footprint. However, if you prefer to have the items shipped separately, you may request this service, but standard shipping charges will apply.
  • We encourage you to regularly review the shipping policy on our platform to stay informed about any changes.
  • Currently, each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
  • E’ Clat Jewellery reserves the right to update its shipping policies and rates at its discretion without prior notice. Any changes will be promptly posted on the website.
  • Shipping costs for items returned to E’ Clat for repairs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide complimentary return postage at this time.
