All E’ Clat Hight Jewels products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India, which makes each product one-of-a-kind and may differ slightly from the others. Due to this, the stones used in our products may also exhibit slight differences. Moreover, natural stones and pearls always differ from one another. Rest assured that every item undergoes strict quality control before dispatch.
E’ Clat maintains the highest levels of hygiene and as such, all sales are considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We are unable to accommodate any International return or exchange requests.
We will only accommodate exchanges if you have been shipped an incorrect product. If your order meets this condition, you may post the items in their original state (unworn, with the original packaging, and all tags intact and unaltered) and we will send out a replacement item.
Returns that display damage or evidence of wear and tear will not be authorized and shall be returned to the customer.
- Kindly notify us within Two days of receiving your order by sending an email to support@eclathighjewels.com.
- Prior to initiating the replacement process for your incorrect product, we request that you share a photograph of the item with us. Our E’ Clat team will review the image and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement.
- Once our Quality Control team approves this, we will provide the details to return the damaged or incorrect product after receiving your email.
- Upon receiving the damaged or incorrect product, we will dispatch a fresh or correct product to you.
- Any Returns if approved will be sent to our warehouse in India.
Please note that any packages that are lost or damaged during the return process are beyond our responsibility. Additionally, returns that have not been previously authorized will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- If the delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated.
- If the address format is incorrect, including any type of PO Box address.
- Items damaged by customer or returned in damaged condition.
- After Two unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier.
- If the recipient rejects the package.
- For sizing issues. We advise customers to carefully review our size guides before making a purchase.
- If returned products show signs of use or damage.
- Items once they are worn and/ or are accidentally damaged by customers. Please note that fashion jewellery can tarnish or damage with wear, and such issues will not be eligible for returns.
- For minor variations in colour and design. Please note that all of our products are handmade and may exhibit variations from the photographs displayed on our website due to the use of natural stones.
- If the jewellery item is not faulty or damaged.
- Pre order items cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made to order specifically for you.
- The stems of earrings are intentionally crafted from a softer material to prevent them from snapping. If the stems happen to be slightly bent, it should not be considered a sign of any fault or damage. This is because they are designed with flexibility in mind, owing to the use of the softer material.
Custom orders
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. These orders are created based on discussions with the customer and their specific requests to modify the product. As the item is custom-made, we cannot show you the final result until the product is completed. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you are dissatisfied with the outcome.
Since the item is made according to the customer’s specifications, any requested changes after the item is completed will incur additional charges. These charges cover the labour and time required for modifications. Please note that the final result remains non-refundable.
At present, we are unable to provide free returns, and the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded for any reason, the total shipping cost incurred by us to ship the item is deductible and can vary from £15-£30. If you paid a reduced shipping amount or qualified for free shipping, the shipping amount at actual cost value to us will be deducted from your refund.
This policy is applicable to all products sold directly by E’ Clat High Jewels and will not apply to any sales by third parties.
